I am completely overwhelmed with all the messages and wishes I have received following last night’s programme on BBC Alba. What an absolutely amazing opportunity and amazing people to share it with. I am on cloud 9! Very much looking forward to getting back home to South Uist tomorrow to celebrate with my family thank you again from the bottom of my heart!  Tonight was my first live gig since Covid and it felt so so nice to be back performing again. Thank you to every single one of you who came along tonight to show your support and a huge thanks to Taigh Chearsabhagh for inviting me along. The most special thank you goes to my good friend, Emilia Marienfeld for her beautiful accompaniment tonight - an absolute star. Home now with my four legged baby who is happy to have her Mam home after I’ve neglected her all week rehearsing! Mòran taing dhuibh uile - tha mi dòchas gum faic mi sibh a dh’ aithghearr!  |
